This is the final activity of the event and it is perhaps the most important. Education can be a life changing experience but the value of education transcends the process of teaching and learning in a classroom environment.

Education becomes a powerful tool to change society when the theory turns into practice. When our activists develop their knowledge, skills and confidence they do so for a purpose. The purpose is to go back into their workplaces and communities and use the ideas they have discussed in order to build consciousness and perform actions which will effect change which will improve the lives of our members, their families and wider society.

This activity is your opportunity to build personal and collective plans to return to your regions and nations with and put into practice. The plans should have short (next few weeks), medium (next few months) and long (next year or two) term aspects to them, be achievable and realistic.

In order to ensure these plans turn into real actions it may be helpful to create a WhatsApp group in order that you can keep in touch and check progress.
